The petitioner claiming to be a cultivating tenant in the land in Survey Nos.S.No.97/9A, 97/10 and 97/16 in Kaligappan 1st Bit Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent/ SubRegistrar, Karuppaiyurani from registering any sale deed or any document pertaining to the above lands.

2.This Court, by order dated 09.08.2023 directed the petitioner to produce any document that he has been declared as a cultivating tenant. Even after providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to produce relevant documents obtained from the competent authority that he is a cultivating tenant for the subject lands, he has not produced any documents so far. 2/4

3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
