PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to dispose of the Petitioner's Appeal dated 30.06.2017 and 13.07.2013 made to the 1st Respondent herein as against the proceedings No.Oo.Mu.(A5)16845/2017 on 27.06.2017, of the 2nd Respondent confirming the order of termination passed as against the Petitioner by the 3rd Respondent in his Proceedings Na.Ka.A5/43695/2015, dated 18.02.2017, within the time bound fixed by this Court. 1/4

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Senior Revenue Inspector seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent herein to dispose of the appeal preferred by him.

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the third respondent herein has passed an order 18.02.2017, dismissing the writ petitioner from service. The petitioner has preferred an appeal to the first respondent on 30.06.2017, and has sent a reminder on 13.07.2023. So far appeal has not been disposed of. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3.Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to dispose of the appeal presented by the petitioner on 30.06.2017, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
