Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAN.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10459 of 2022, on 08.08.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioners were absent for 4 days.
