Alice Ragini : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to release the petitioner's sale deed vide document No.25 of 2009, registered at the office of the Sub-Registrar, Sathankulam, Thoothukudi District, to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to release the sale deed presented for registration.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the pending Document No.25 of 2009, was refused to be registered through a refusal slip No.01 of 2017, dated, 30.01.2017.

3. In view of the same, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.

W.P.(MD)No.16822 of 2014 if the document has not been registered even subsequently, it is left open to the petitioner to independently work out his remedy by filing a fresh Writ Petition. No costs.
