Respondent/Respondent/Plaintiff in C.R.P(MD)No.2735 of 2015 PRAYER: This Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order dated 20.08.2015 passed by the District Munsif Thiruvaiyaru made in I.A.Nos.403 and 404 of 2014 in O.S.Nos.138 of 2007 and 143 of 2007.

C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died and he has to get instruction.

2. However, the stage of the suits has been ascertained from the lower court and it would reveal that the suits in O.S.Nos.143 and 138 of 2007 were already disposed of on 11.01.2017 itself.

3. On a perusal of records of this Court, it is seen that the sole petitioner died and the same was recorded by this Court on 13.10.2018. Even after 4 years, the petitioner has not taken any steps to implead the legal heirs of the sole petitioner.

4. In view of the fact that the suits were disposed of on 11.01.2017 and the sole petitioner died, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as abated. No costs.
