Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BALAMURUGAN R, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VEERANDHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent. the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners as common surety instead of each two sureties by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15039 of 2022, dated 23.08.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitoners, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 15039 of 2022, dated 23.08.2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two common sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions if any remain unaltered.
