ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent police has not conducted proper enquiry on the complaint lodged by him, has filed this petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been treated as a current paper enquiry and it was closed on 19.06.2025.

3.There is no procedure as that of the current paper enquiry. However, the respondent police have conducted an enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner and closed the same. The respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
