ORDER

As per letter received from the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, dated 18.12.2020, as per decree, Amin executed the decree and delivered the suit property to the petitioner. The E.P., is terminated and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition for adjudication.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
