PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order dated 29.09.2014 in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No. 8180/2012/A3 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent conduct an election in accordance with the scheme framed for the Board of trustees to Arulmighu Krishnaswamy Yadhavakannan Thirukovil, situated at Karanthattankudi, Tanjore Taluk & District temple as per the orders passed by this Court in W.P. (MD) No.15547 of 2013, dated 20.08.2014 and maintain status quo prior to the passing of impugned order till such election is over and new trustees assume office.
