Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 15.07.2015 made in I.A.No.140 of 2015 in O.S.No.237 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai. ORDER:- Civil Revision Petition coming on for reporting Compliance on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court dated 06.10.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.P.Senthil, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Christopher, Advocate for the Respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition is listed under the caption "for reporting compliance.

2.This Court by order dated 06.10.2020 allowed the Civil Revision Petition on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent on before 14.12.2020. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he complied with condition of this Court and filed a cost memo to that effect before this Court and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents also confirms the same.
