The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submits that the main suit in O.S.No.49 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, itself has been disposed of on 30.07.2019.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
