ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.08.2022 and provide sufficient police protection to the life & limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2.The petitioner already filed a civil suit in O|.S.No.318 of 2018 before the District Munsif Court, Vedasanthur. In the said suit, the trial Court has already granted interim injunction. Despite of that, the third respondent trespassed into the petitioner's property. Hence, the petitioner sent a complaint to the respondents 1 & 2. But, it was not considered. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition with the above said prayer.

3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the trial Court, where the civil suit is pending in between the petitioner and the respondent.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition, where the civil suit is pending.
