ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the E.P. No.7 of 2011 in O.S. No. 298 of 1998 was terminated and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition for adjudication.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
