Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.TAMILMANI N, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, (Government Advocate) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13238 of 2021, dated 09.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 08.10.2021 till today, without fail.

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioners, the condition is fully relaxed.
