ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.2725 of 2025 dated 13.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.2725 of 2025 dated 13.02.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Additional District Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
