Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KALIDOSS G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12418 of 2022, on 20.07.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police for 38 days and he was absent on 24.08.2022 and 07.09.2022 and he is having 2 previous cases.

4. In view of the submission made by both sides, since the petitioner has not complied the condition regularly, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
