ORDER

In view of the order, dated 07.11.2022, passed in C.R.P(PD)(MD)No. 2625 of 2014, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, Mr.B.Rooban, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the subject suit is pertaining to senior citizen. Hence, the SubCourt, Srivilliputhur, may be directed to dispose of I.A.No.340 of 2013 in I.A.No.225 of 2011 in O.S.No.102 of 2011, as expeditiously as possible. 2.This Court is inclined to accept the above submission and the SubCourt, Srivilliputhur, is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.340 of 2013 in I.A.No. 225 of 2011 in O.S.No.102 of 2011, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
