This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 28.07.2023, in W.P(MD)No.18570 of 2021 by 1/4

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advoate appearing for the respondent submitted that this Court has passed an order, dated 28.07.2023, directing the respondents therein to consider the petitioner's representation in the light of G.O.Ms.No.37, dated 10.03.2020 and pass order. The same was duly complied by the respondent in the light of G.O.Ms.No.37 and passed a proceeding dated 11.03.2025. 3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceeding dated 11.03.2025.
