ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to conduct property enquiry pursuant to 1/4
the CSR.No.478 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police as expeditiously as possible.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.478 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period two weeks from the date of reciept of copy of this order.
4. In the result, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 21.08.2024 NCC :
