ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.127 of 2021 dated 04.04.2021 on the file of the Respondent Police and file a final report within a stipulated time.

2.When the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that investigation in Crime No.127 of 2021 is almost completed and final report will be filed within a time. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Respondent Police is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.127 of 2021 and file a final report before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate for appropriate relife.
