ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.12.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, when the matter came up for hearing, on 07.01.2022, this Court vacated the interim stay already granted, but, nothing mentioned about the non-appearance of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that since no one appeared for the petitioner on 07.01.2022, the order of interim stay was vacated by this Court.

2.Even today(09.03.2022), there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
