PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent on 25.01.2018 in his proceedings No.Na.Ka.P2/19136/2017 and quash the same consequently directing the respondents to revise the scales of pay of the petitioners as per G.O.Ms.No.71 (Finance) Pay Cell dated 26.02.2011 in accordance with directions given in Para 51(vi) of the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No.504/2013 dated 27.02.2014 with all consequential benefits such as revised pension, arrears of pension and salary as the case may be within the time frame fixed by this Court.
