Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent vide No. Mu.Mu. 3235/2025 (A9) dated 15.07.2025 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to grant permission for conducting the yearly temple festival of Arulmigu Sri Poorna Pushkalambikai Sametha Sri Kallalagar Ayyanar and Sri Kamatchi Amman on 27.07.2025 and 28.07.2025.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking permission for conducting the yearly temple festival of Arulmigu Sri Poorna Pushkalambikai Sametha Sri Kallalagar Ayyanar and Sri Kamatchi Amman on 27.07.2025 and 28.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would fairly submit that the above said temple festival was already conducted on 27.07.2025 and 28.07.2025.
