Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submitted that the O.S.No.160 of 2015 was disposed of and the Execution Petition is also filed. Accordingly, it is submitted that nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition for adjudication.
2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
