Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JOSEPH JERRY A, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the criminal revision case, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This Petition is filed to grant an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in M.C.No.13 of 2022, dated 28.02.2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, interim stay is granted on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit 50% of maintenance amount to the credit of M.C.No.13 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he is further directed to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the respondents until further orders, failing which the interim stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court. On such deposit being made, the first respondent is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount for herself and on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.
