ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to permit the petitioner to put up Bridge across the water channel in S.No.470 to access the petitioner's patta land in S.No.288/3B11B of Sayalkudi Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
