The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to transfer the case in C.C.No.709 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila), Madurai to the Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila), Dindigul in the interest of justice.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer has become infructuous and hence, he is not pressing this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands 2/4
