ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint, dated 03.04.2018.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.384 of 2018 under Sections 454, 457(2), 380(2), 427, 409 and 420 IPC and 25(2) Antiques & Art Treasures Act, 1972 and he has produced a copy of the said First Information Report before this Court.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
