Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to remove the entries made in Survey No.8/3A to the extent of 1537 Sq.ft. under Plot No.55, situated at Kannanur West, Samayapuram, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District, and consequently direct the fourth respondent to register the sale deed present by the fifth respondent in respect of petitioners' property by considering their representation dated 13.06.2022.

The fifth respondent herein is reported to have died and the learned counsel for the petitioner also forwarded a death certificate which is placed on record.

2. The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to remove certain entries and to register the sale deed presented by the fifth respondent.

3. When the fifth respondent himself has died then the particular document / sale deed has to be rewritten by incorporating the legal heirs. If at all the sale deed is again re-presented then, if it is again rejected, the petitioner may come back to this Court.

4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
