PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Sub Court, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District to dispose of the suit in OS.No.112 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District to dispose of the suit in OS.No.112 of 2019 within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the 34th defendant in the suit in OS.No.112 of 2019. He is the bonafide purchaser and the first respondent/ plaintiff has filed the above suit for partition in the year 2010 and the same was transferred to the Sub Court, Manamadurai and re-numbered as OS.No.112 of 2019. However, the suit is pending nearly for 3/5

12 years without even completion of pleadings and without even framing of issues. Therefore, the petitioner prays for appropriate direction.

3.Though notice has been ordered to the respondents, it appears that some of the respondents died. It is not known whether pleadings have been completed or not. However, considering the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2010, the learned Sub Judge, Manamadurai is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
