Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus to consider the Petitioners representation dated 18.06.2018 and forbearing the Respondents from any way interfering with the petitioners right to perform pooja or otherwise in Nagar Sannithi Arulmigu Swayambu Saneeswara Bhavan Thirukovil, Kuchanoor, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District within a time limit to be fixed by this Honble Court. Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that in compliance with the directions of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14165 of 2018, dated 03.07.2018, the respondent has passed an order on 13.07.2018 vide proceedings in br.K.e.f.vz;.4921/2017/M1. The proceedings of the respondent dated 13.07.2018, is taken on file. The Contempt Petition is closed accordingly.
