The very same petitioner filed writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.18207 of 2015, challenging the charge memo and the said writ petition was dismissed on 08.12.2020. The present writ petition is filed challenging the order of sanction for prosecution granted by the Joint Director of Agriculture.

2.In view of the fact that the earlier writ petition filed challenging the charge memo was dismissed, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
