Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 5 to 7 by extending their house premises and constructing a "Thinnai" at the public street in Survey No.663/3 to an extent of 0.01.00 ares situated at Periyasamy Koil Street, Kanjanayakkanpatti, Amarapoondi Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District and restore the encroached public street so as to enable the petitioner as well as the resident in his village for free access to our house, based on his representation dated 01.07.2021 through registered post with acknowledgement due within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.,) This Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 5 to 7 by extending their house premises and constructing a "Thinnai" at the public street in Survey No.663/3 to an extent of 0.01.00 ares situated at Periyasamy Koil Street, Kanjanayakkanpatti, Amarapoondi Village, Palani Taluk, 2.Heard Mr.P.Veerapandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.Upon notice, the Tahsildar, Dindigul District was instructed to remove the encroachment. Today, a Status Report has been filed by the Tahsildar, Dindigul District, as per which, the encroachments alleged in the writ petition were removed. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also acknowledged the same.
5.Recording the said proceedings of the Tahsildar, Dindigul District, dated 25.11.2021 in Na.Ka.No.925/2019/B6, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
