Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGUMANI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the period of interim bail that was granted by this Court dated 09.06.2023 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.10473 of 2023 in Crl.O.
(MD) No.10307 of 2023, dated 09.06.2023.
2. On the ground of health condition of the petitioner's child, he was granted interim bail by this Court dated 09.06.2023. Later it was periodically extended. Lastly, in Crl.M.P(MD) No.10473 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10307 of 2023, again request was made by the petitioner, so, the time was also extended on or before 08.08.2023. This petition has been filed seeking extension of period of interim bail on the ground that still recovery has not been noticed.
3. The leanred Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now both the mother and child are in good condition.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I find no reason to entertain this petition, since both the mother and child are in stable condition. Hence, no more extension is granted to the petitioner and the request that was made by the petitioner stands rejected.
