ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet being maintained in the 3rd respondent police station as H.S.No. 108 of 2004 forthwith, pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner on 22.06.2023 to the 1st respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, after consideration the name of the petitioner deleted from the History Sheet maintained in the 3rd respondent Police Station. Now, the matter has now become infructuous. 2/4

3.Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
