Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.1050 of 2022 before the Family Court, Chennai seeking dissolution of his marriage with the respondent herein. HMOP was transferred to Madurai and re-numbered as H.M.O.P.No.1302 of 2022. The petitioner wants speedy disposal of the said HMOP.

3.Since the Court below is loaded with work, I am not in a position to give the direction as sought for. The petitioner is based in Chennai. He is unable to be physically present during every hearing. 4.Taking in to account the over all facts and circumstances, I direct the Court below to exempt the petitioner from being physically present for every hearing. However, the petitioner must be represented through his counsel. If his counsel is also absent, the benefit of this order will get vacated automatically. The petitioner will of course be present when his appearance is specifically required by the Court below. 2/4

5.With the aforesaid relief in favour of the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 11.09.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No MGA To The Family Court, Madurai.
