ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue Kattu Naickan Community Certificate to the petitioner by considering his representation, dated 03.06.2022.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending this writ petition, the application submitted by the petitioner to issue Kattu Naickan Community Certificate, has been rejected and therefore, the learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order. He has made an endorsement for withdrawal of the writ petition.
