Heard both sides.
2. It is not in dispute that survey No.153/4 has been classified as temple, cart track and Oorani. Except these three, there may not be any other construction. If in the Oorani there are encroachments, the same will have to be cleared forthwith and without any delay. Likewise the petitioner also was not justified in putting up the compound wall without getting prior permission. We decline to interfere with the impugned communication. With the aforesaid direction to the respondents to maintain the original character of the said survey number, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
