The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him, under the guise of an enquiry. 1/4

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein, the respondent police have conducted an enquiry in CSR No.509 of 2025 and closed the same on 09.07.2025, as the issue is civil in nature, by advising the parties to approach the competent civil Court. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
