ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct a fair enquiry and to take action in accordance with law based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.10.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a private complaint in a manner known to law, if so advised. 3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
