This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife for a direction to the respondent police to produce the body of her husband, who is said to be missing from 24.01.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, man missing FIR came to be registered on 31.01.2022 in Crime No.53 of 2022. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the second respondent is taking all steps to ascertain the whereabouts of the husband of the petitioner. 3.In the considered view of this Court, it would suffice to direct the second respondent to follow the guidelines issued by this Court in K.Sukumari Vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District,
