ORDER
Challenging the order passed in E.P.No.24 of 2021 in O.S.No.10 of 2007 dated 08.06.2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Pattukottai, this petition has been filed.
2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that while entertaining the second appeal in S.A.(MD).No.717 of 2011, interim stay was made absolute on 15.04.2016. So he will advise the respondent herein not to press the execution proceedings, even though it was ordered to be proceeded by the order dated 08.06.2023. 3.The Execution Court is directed to note the submission of the respondent herein and permit him not to press the matter further. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent herein now the matter has become disposed of. No costs.
