Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.A.N.RAMANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. Considering the nature of averments made in the petition that the petitioner 1/3

was arrayed as an accused in yet another case and in view thereof, he could not comply with the condition imposed in this petition.

3. Hence, I am inclined to condone the absence of the petitioner for those days and direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 5:00 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter, the said condition shall stand relaxed.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
