Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ABDUL KABUR A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12248 of 2023 on 06.07.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and is having no previous case at his credit.
