This civil revision petition filed to set aside the order and Decreetal made in I.A.No.93 of 2014 in O.S.No.176 of 2011 on the file of 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai, dated 25.12.2014. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suit in O.S.No.176 of 2011 was already disposed of by the learned Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai.
