The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property situated in S.Nos.2/2 and 2/5 at Sittampatti Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 7.7.2025. 2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocte(Crl.Side) takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the Petitioner, she claims right over the 2/6

subject property under settlement deed, dated 10.2.2025 and the patta for the same stands in the name of Petitioner in Patta No.158. The Petitioner submitted an application on 3.7.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/01/010412 seeking survey of the subject property. 4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate. who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the subject property was surveyed by the respondents 1 and 2 on 9.2.2025 as per the application of the Petitioner's husband in Application No.007425. The learned Government Advocate also produced the copy of the acknowledgment sent by the Petitioner's husband as a token of his presence at the time of survey. 5.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that not satisfied with the earlier survey conducted by the respondents, the Petitioner submitted a fresh application on 3.7.2025 and the same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the aforesaid relief.

6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 3.7.2025 3/6

and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

7.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
