The present writ petition has been filed by a Public Information Officer challenging an order passed by the State Information Commission, under which penalty was imposed on the petitioner along with another person.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has paid his part of the penalty and he has also attained superannuation.
