This Civil Revision Petition was filed against the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai in I.A.No.1680 of 2013 in SA.SR.No.7745 of 2013, dismissing the application filed to condone the delay in filing the appeal.

2. This Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2015. The matter had come up before this Court at least thrice and on all the three occasions, the learned counsel for the petitioner had only sought for time. All the three hearings had come up in the year 2015.

3. At this length of time, nothing may survive in this Civil Revision Petition and there is no use in keeping the Civil Revision Petition pending.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No Costs.
