The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the issuance of writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.ka.No.2958/D.M.2(2)/2014 dated 19.05.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not getting adequate signal for TV from the second respondent and he is no longer continuing as a subscriber to the Arasu Cable TV.

3. In view of the above said submission, the Writ Petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
