ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned Refusal Check Slip dated 08.07.2025 and consequently, direct the second respondent to register the Gift Deed presented by the petitioner dated 30.06.2025.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the property belongs to the petitioner's father through an unregistered sale deed. Thereafter, the petitioner's father gifted the property to the petitioner through Hiba. However, the gift was not reduced into writing. He further states that the petitioner is having only electricity bill relating to the house property, that too for the year 2019, based on which he is seeking to register the present gift deed.
3. This Court is of the considered opinion that there are no valid documents 2/4
to prove that the petitioner is the owner of the property. Accordingly, the impugned order is sustained. However, the above observation will not be an impediment to claim his rights before the appropriate Civil Court.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
